Our Standard Courses follow a standardised scenario and syllabus structure, but can be adapted to organisational goals and needs. They are all offered in condensed (single-day) or full (2-3 day) versions. Standard courses are best-suited to businesses, organisations and non-profits.

Service design allows us to engineer the customer experience at each point of interaction, creating a memorable experience that truly engages the customer. By using role-based techniques and principles from service design, participants will develop a new or pre-existing service into a memorable experience that leaves a lasting impression on the customer.

How our courses work

Our Standard Courses follow a set syllabus with pre-written scenarios. Our representative will work with you to identify your needs, which version of the course suits you best and any adjustments required. We can then prepare and run the course. You will have access to updates, documents and communications history via your dedicated portal throughout the process. After the course, you can use the portal to follow-up and validate the course outcomes.

SCENARIO-TRAINING FOR REAL-WORLD RELEVANCE

If you are serious about preparing your staff for real-world situations, you need to build realism and relevance into your training. This course will give you the skills to do so.

Description: This course teaches some of the key techniques for creating safe, engaging and realistic training exercises. Builds on research from Edith Cowan University, Australia.

SUSTAINABILITY: FROM COST TO ASSET

We all need to contribute toward more sustainable practices, but it is not always easy and sustainable initiatives can quickly become costly. In this practically oriented course, you will learn to grow existing revenues and build new revenue streams by reducing your environmental footprint. The course builds on experience from over 100 successful businesses and research from several universities around the world.

Description:During the course you will learn to use systemic input-output maps to evaluate your organisation's potential for increased revenue and reduced environmental footprint. You will also learn to work practically with Blue Economy design principles to find practical applications for your input-output maps.

Through a live-action simulation you then gain practical experience using the concepts and marketing your solution. At the end of the day, you will have tools and knowledge that you can implement immediately into your business or workplace.
